The Bosun is a Fisherfolk enemy found in Darkest Dungeon II encountered only in The Shroud.
Description[]
Once a deck hand working on one of the many ships that traversed the coastline long ago, the Bosun has since been corrupted by the call of his beached god; now turned into a seaworn horror ready to fight anyone unfortunate enough to cross his path.
The Bosun is deft with their long polearm weapon, able to disrupt the players team composition by moving them around. He's also able to use his weapon to cause
stuns, further causing chaos amongst the players Heroes.

Strategy[]
The Bosun is the direct successor of the Pelagic Grouper from the first game and is even more threatening with his ability to apply stuns. As such, while not being a primary target, it is best to deal with him in haste since fighting his allies can be troubled by his constant disruption in the party. The use of Ceremonial Drum can grealty help the party to stay in position.
