Possibly the most dangerous type of enemy in Darkest Dungeon II, Cosmic enemies are the literal manifestations of eldritch power in our world. Enemies that are Cosmic include all the Confession Bosses, the Cultists, and the infamous Shambler.
While Cosmic enemies are present in every region, they typically appear only in a few specific circumstances or locations, largely predictably, thus giving the player ample opportunity to prepare.
